  • Principal Consultant

    Bonnie Michelman has extensive leadership and security management experience in diverse industries. She is currently the Executive Director of Police, Security and Outside Services at Massachusetts General Hospital and for Mass General Brigham (formerly Partners Healthcare Inc.) comprising 17 hospitals across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She consults internationally on healthcare security, corporate security, national security, K-12 schools and workplace violence.

 
 

  • Principal Consultant

    David Corbin has honed his specialization in private security over more than two decades. Using creativity and disruptive innovation, he has built highly effective security operations in several challenging environments from the ground up. Most recently, he was first Director of Campus Security Operations at Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard where he expanded the depth, breadth, and sophistication of the security operations. David also previously served as the Director of Police, Security and Parking at Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Brigham Health where he initiated a complete transformation of the 125-person police & security department from a contract security team to proprietary team. He consults nationally in areas including healthcare, government, higher education, corporate, and K-12 schools.

 

Board Certified in Security Management

 

Bonnie Michelman and David Corbin both hold the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation through ASIS International and the Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator (CHPA) designation through IAHSS. These designations are globally recognized as the gold standard for security management professionals and healthcare security management professionals, respectively.
